Our requirements:
📍 Andheri — preferably between DN Nagar to JB Nagar
🚇 Close to Metro; ideally DN Nagar–JB Nagar Metro corridor
🚆 Maximum 3 km from a Andheri railway station
💰 Budget: ₹80,000–₹90,000/month.
🏠 Fully furnished 3 BHK, preferably in a good society and well-maintained condition
👨💼 All 6 tenants are working CAs
📅 Possession - From 1st December
Marol, Saki Naka, Lokhandwala, Sher e Punjab, Versova, JVLR, Oshiwara - We are strictly not looking for these areas
We are serious about finalising a good property and can visit and close quickly if the flat meets our requirements.
