Looking for replacement from Dec/Jan onwards.

Its a 3bhk unfurnished flat in sundar nagar, kalina, santacruz east.

The room comes with only bed frame and wardrobe and attached washroom and L shaped balcony in all rooms and common area.

Rest all furniture is rented or bought including mattress/ curtain/ table/sofa etc.

Rent -34k (for next 1.5 years)

Deposit- 1.05 lacs

Ac - 9700 per person

Dining table & sofa - 8-9k per person

30-40% buyback of above

Non negotiable

No brokerage.

Setup cost applicable as the flat had major work done after we shifted.
