Looking for a female flatmate on behalf of my friend!

Hi everyone, posting this on behalf of my friend!

I’m looking for 1 or 2 girls to occupy the second room in this 2 BHK.

📍Right opposite Sandhurst Road station, so great connectivity to major places like Dadar, Mahim, Matunga, Andheri etc.

💸Rent: 72k (I’m trying to negotiate with the owner)

Deposit : 2 lakhs

Both these things will be divided equally.

NOTE: the apartment is UNFURNISHED, but she owns all the appliances like fridge, RO, washing machine and ALL the kitchen appliances and utensils like stove, cylinder etc. so you basically just have to furnish your own room.
