Room in a spacious 2BHK with wrap around Balcony, no brokerage
Hi everyone,

I am looking for my replacement for a semi-furnished bedroom with a private, non attached washroom in a spacious 2 BHK in Govandi on *11th floor of a gated society* . The replacement can move in as soon as they want. Here are the main details about the flat:

1. Very spacious, airy and sun facing. All rooms are filled with natural light (1200 sq ft size)

2. 20 min to BKC, 24 min to CST via freeway, nearest local station is 500m (3 min), nearest metro is Shivaji Chowk 2km (7 min)

3. Large wrap around balcony with access from both bedrooms, kitchen and the hall

4. Fully set up kitchen with utensils, stove and chimney

5. Existing furnishing in the bedroom - Queen size bed, Split AC, 2 side tables

6. Fully furnished living room with AC, instant geyser in the bathroom

7. The owners live in Wadala and are nice
