Hi everyone! 👋

I’ll be relocating to Mumbai in December 2026 for work and am looking for either a 1 BHK flat or a flatmate to share a flat near Powai.

📍 Preferred locations: Powai, Chandivali, Vikhroli, Kanjurmarg, Ghatkopar, or nearby areas.

🏡 Preference: Joining a pre-occupied flat with working professionals.

💰 Budget: ₹22,000–₹30,000 per month.

📅 Move-in: First week of December 2026.

A little about me: I’m a working professional, non-vegetarian, and a cat parent. 🐱❤️ A pet-friendly flat is a must, as my cats will be moving with me.
