I’m a 26-year-old male, bachelor, working as a corporate professional. I’m also a musician and vocalist. Looking for a rental in Versova / Andheri West/Malad West /Goregaon West etc n nearby areas, near a metro station, in a clean, safe and decent locality.

• Furnished 1RK or single occupancy bed room in shared flat whr ac n all basic emminities avl: ₹10–13K/month

• Semi-furnished or furnished 1 BHK: ₹13–15K/month

• No brokerage

• Move-in: November 1st

A proper rental agreement with the owner naming me as a tenant, is a must. No moving in under another tenant’s existing agreement.
