Hi everyone! I’m relocating to Mumbai for a job change and looking to finalise a flat soon.

**My requirements:**
**Location:** Mulund West or Bhandup
**Room:** Master bedroom in a pre-occupied 2BHK or 3BHK
**Society:** Gated society
**Furnishing:** Semi-furnished or fully furnished
**Flatmates:** Female flatmates only
**Budget:** ₹18K–₹22K per month, depending on the flat and amenities
**Move-in date:** 1st December 2026

**I’m a non-vegetarian, so the flat should be comfortable with cooking and eating non-veg.**

I don’t have any specific preferences when it comes to my flatmate. I’d just love to live with someone friendly and easygoing, where we can feel at home, talk, share a few laughs and build a comfortable living environment rather than just sharing a flat and keeping to ourselves.
