Hi everyone!

We are a group of 3–4 girls looking for a flat on rent in and around Juhu, Santacruz West, Khar West, or nearby areas.

Our requirements:

- 🏠 1 BHK / 2 BHK / 3-sharing accommodation — flatmates are also welcome!

- 👩 Female-friendly accommodation only.

- 📅 Move-in date: 1st December 2026.

- 🛋️ Fully or partially furnished flats preferred.

- 💰 Budget: Negotiable and can be discussed over a call.

- 🍗 Non-vegetarian cooking should be allowed.

- 🚿 Proper and consistent water supply is a must.

- 🌿 Terrace, balcony, or any open space would be a huge plus.

- 🔐 Security and a safe residential environment are essential.
