Rent: ~24K per month
Security: 2 months rent
Brokerage: 15 days rent (negotiable)
Additional expenses:
Cleaning maid: 1000 per person (cleans the house and does dishes daily)
Rented appliances: 782 per month (includes Fridge, washing machine, RO, Inverter and coffee table with stools)
Electricity bill is generated once every two months, and a minimal maintenance cost is involved for common entrance area and parking
Also, the current flatmates are non-vegetarians so looking for people who are comfortable with non-veg cooking at home.
