**Looking for a replacement for a room 🏠**

Hi everyone,

One of the rooms in our 2 BHK flat is becoming vacant, and I’m looking for someone to move in as a replacement.

The flat is in a premium gated society with 24/7 electricity, water supply and round-the-clock security, so you never have to worry about the basics. The flat also has 3 balconies, which means plenty of fresh air and natural light.

I’d prefer someone who is a working professional or a student, keeps their space tidy, and respects privacy and shared areas.

Nothing fancy, just an honest and easy-going person we can live comfortably with. 🙂
