**Looking for a flatmate 🏠**

Hi everyone,

I have a 2 BHK flat and one room is currently vacant. Instead of going through brokers, I thought I’d post here and find someone genuinely compatible to share the place with.

A bit about the setup: the flat is in a proper society, the room is ready to move in, and the house is kept clean and peaceful. I work regular hours and like a calm, respectful atmosphere at home.

I’m looking for someone who:
* Is a working professional or student
* Keeps their space clean
* Respects privacy and shared space
* Is easy to talk to and sorted with basic house rules

I’m not looking for anything fancy, just a decent, honest person so we both have a comfortable home. 🙂
