The apartment is on the third floor (no lift) and comes with an attached terrace and two large balconies. It’s spacious, well-ventilated, and surrounded by greenery.

The society is peaceful, gated and secure, clean, and green, with an in-house park for walks.

The apartment has:

* A house-help who takes care of cooking and cleaning
